We need minimum is :
1)For the assembly quality of boards.
2)It provides a complete bill of material (BOM) with
manufacturer’s part numbers and good description for every line item
3)Who will supply what all components,lead or lead-free etc
for this we need special assembly notes or requirements.
4)A full set of gerber’s with drill data is required,if we
are providing a bare PCB’s.
5)Some additional electronic information is helpful but not
its required are Assembly drawings,PCB files i.e Altium,Mentor Graphics,Eagle.
Here all of the
services provided by triode group are available as lead-free.Also we do provide
ROHS Lead Free Assembly.
We are providing
PCB’s and components.We are only using authorised and reputable suppliers of
components but not using grey-market parts.We are providing both full and
partial turnkey services of materials.
Here at triode
we are very pride ourselves on our quick turnaround products supply.We will
work with you to ensure prompt delivery.We have had cases,where customers have
dropped off a kit to us and we have made delivery of the products of that same
day.
We accept
in cut-tape and loose format.For prototypes and low volume builds this is
fine.For higher build quantites,we require a strip at least 300 mm long for use
in our machines.
